I am EB3-India with PD of August 2003. I am anticipating at least another 2 years. Any forward movement in any category is good news to me.
Yeah I am EB3 India June 2003 too. Not sure when our turn will come, IF at all the way things are crawling here. Sometimes I really feel there is no justice to some of the IV members on here. I wonder which is worse, the corruption in India or the bureaucracy in the USA. Atleast in India, if I would have bribed the official, I would have had the documents by now.

If one can handle stress, anxiety and trauma while waiting for GC, then its worth waiting. If not, people like me start looking at options. I applied for Canadian PR in 2008 and just did CDN landing last week which gave my family feel of "cold weather".
I will be completing my 5 years stay in USA this spring. Same story here - I never visited my home country since there is a lot of uncertainty around getting back.
We are 100% sure that we don't want to continue living in USA. Now its matter of time, until summer 2010, that we move on. Just not sure yet - whether it is my home country or Canada. If I get a job back home in India, I would love to do that. From what I have heard from friends, and from recruiters response, in home country, I think economy is picking up. I hope to get some decent job offer based on my unique job profile; if it doesn't work, we will move on to Canada.

Thanks all for the updates. Also the loan agent I am working seems to understand, the underwriter is the one causing issue. I-140 approval has already been submitted along with EAD copy and I-485 receipt, Still they need the visa copy, which is expired in my case.
Will try talking to them again. I have sent an email to Bank of America customer service wiith details and hope fully they respond back.

it's clear our funds are not exactly astronomical.
so let's concentrate on building them up first along with our membership.
then we can sit back and worry about how much more is really needed....
For instance, I am sure maintaining this web site must cost money. How much more money is needed for our main cost drivers until March (for instance) --- by which time we are hoping some action will be taken?
Adding more members will always help because it produces a bigger impact on senators/ house reps
it's clear our funds are not exactly astronomical.

I have a dumb question: when the above post refers to 25,000 EB2 and EB3 applications does it refer to 25,000 primary applicants or total (applicant and dependent) applications. Does anyone know? -- Thanks.

i have seen so many people got approved from wells fargo on 485 pending stage???
i'm in same problem if somebody can light on this.....
Is 485 application notice and Ead plus I 140 will be enought for Refinance from well fargo?
i have current mortgage with well fargo and i'm trying to do refinance after 4 years with good credit history with no payment missed in last 4 years.
any help would be really helpful to talk with wells fargo

Your idea is good to but please be also open to other ideas. You don't know what will fail or pass. The prime objective is to attract media attention, in other words "give them something to talk about". What flower campaing did last year was exactly that...Can we achieve the same thing with Book or Calculators or Clock or Poster, we need to figure that out!
How about each one of us does whatever is suitable with common theme being similar letter/concern etc. If we choose clock/cal etc. shortly we will run out them at sites such as amazon, etc. Anyway only some of us will be able to do it...But flowers, letters, fliers are limitless and everyone can send...
So my suggestion is --draft a common themed letter and send the letter along with whatever anyone chooses to send along (with clock, cal, flier or simply letter. But please make sure the fliers are not offensive)...

Inspite of the new spillover policy and the additional FB visa's the EB2-I has retrogressed. This shows there is quite a bit of EB2-I demand. Regarding EB3I movement, donno when it will come out of the 2001 slump. The actual bulletin might show the ROW movement that could provide some hint to how the spillover can influence the EB2I forward movements.

only 30 people have voted so far....and we are talking about organizing 70,000 People.....Most of the users come here to get the latest news related to GC and to get answers to their questions....50% of users won't even log in to the site if they don't have any "URGENT Question" or "Need Help.."( I know that 50% of my friends don't log in to the site everyday) Type of questions to Post...I bet more then half of the users won't be aware of these efforts that we are trying to put in. I think we need to first inform everybody that IV needs theirs support. we should send emails to every users to come and check the site..

From July onwards since there will be no EB3 visas to give, will those IOs previously assigned to EB3 cases be freed up, or will they continue working on EB3 cases (stopping just short of approving them)? What happens to RD who are in July, will their cases continue to process or no will look at them
